Skippers One Component Primer and Undercoats

Skippers Unifiber Primer is a one component fibreglass primer

Skippers Unifiber Primer is for direct application onto fibreglass boat bottoms and as a keying coat applied at low thickness. Recommended also as intermediate coat between epoxy and polyurethane two-component products and one-component finishes. Overcoatable with SKIPPER ENAMEL for topside and superstructure finish or with appropriate antifouling paint.

Skippers Solver Primer - Chlorinated rubber-based intermediate one-component undercoat

Primer and intermediate undercoat based on chlorinated rubber, formulated with aluminium and rust inhibitor pigments. Applied as a keying coating between old and new antifoulings or in anticorrosive coating systems. Provides outstanding resistance in marine and industrial environment. Recommended on metal structures exposed in marine environment.

One component white undercoat.

Alkyd based white undercoat specially formulated for application on wood and steel surfaces exposed to marine environment.

It is used for the preparation of superstructures of boats and it can be overcoated with one-component topcoat finish (e.g. Skipper enamel).

Alkyd based one-component anticorrosive primer

General purpose anticorrosive one component paint formulated with high content of rust inhibitor pigments which give to the product good anti-corrosion and anti-decay characteristics. Recom-mended in synthetic coating system for long lasting corrosion protection. Easy to apply and fast drying, Skippers Cromomimio AT provides a good anchor pattern and high coverage. Widely used in the building, carpentry and boatyard industries.

Skippers Idrodrop is an anti condensation water based paint for interior and is suitable to withstand mould growth this product also provides thermo-insulating charaterictics and sound proofing at a thickness of 2000 microns.

Skippers Idrodrop is only produced in white and comes in a matt finish and has a cover of 0,7m2 per litre applied at 500 microns. and comes in 4L tins. If the paint is to be applied over polyester or epoxies resin and matt it is recommended to use a suitable primer before appliction for example unifiber.
