An advanced Oil Paint conditioner that aids application in difficult conditions, adds extra penetration and increases wetting action for single pack marine enamels such as International Toplac, Epifanes Yacht Enamel, Hempel Brilliant and Rylard Plus Enamel.

Helps eliminate brush marks and orange peel, whilst strengthening the paint unlike excessive thinners.

Also excellent as a rust sealer and inhibitor. Drives out moisture from pitted ferrous metals leaving a semi-gloss finish. Can be over coated with Owatrol CIP.
