Intergard 269 is an anticorrosive epoxy holding primer, formulated to give temporary protection to freshly blasted Steel or Aluminium prior to the subsequent continuation of the chosen painting scheme

Intergard 269 is also used as a tie coat over freshly painted zinc primers to prevent the formation of zinc salt and to facilitate subsequent overcoating.
