card details or to send a cheque with the order by post. |

Please
note 3D secure has just been made mandatory. 3D Secure is
a new technical standard developed by Visa and MasterCard
to further secure CNP transactions over the Internet.MasterCard
brand their system as 'MasterCard SecureCode' and Visa call
theirs 'Verified by Visa'. Both are available through acquirers.
Maestro
cards now have mandatory 3D secure processing and
the payment processors are having real problems making it
work and are bouncing legitimate payments.To add to the
problem purchasers are very reasonably being suspicious
of the extra stage. Hence the article below.

Paint
is classified as hazardous and can not be sent by the Royal
Mail. It is also heavy. It has to be sent via the limited number
of couriers willing to carry it. The fairest way of charging
was to impose a flat rate. The price set reflects the average
of the actual cost of one shipment from our various distributors.
We tend to use the national paint distributors for the various
brands ensuring a good range, high stock levels and fresh stock.
Depending on distributor we send out mainly on 24hur delivery
although some goes out on three day. Please allow a total of
five working days to receive a delivery - most are delivered
in less. |

is indicative only, we reserve the right to come back and
renegotiate the Channel Islands & Isle of Man prices as
sometimes it is just uneconomic e.g. £200 for 5 litres
