Two Component Varnishes Primers

Fast-drying polyurethane varnish

Fast-drying clear varnish applied as a multicoat system on wooden surfaces in short periods. When thinned with 50% of Thinner 203 can be used as a wood basecoat for all varnishing systems. Poliglass has a high resistance to scratching and abrasion and can be polished with abrasive polishing products.

6 coats a day system. Overcoat able with any Skipper’s 1 & 2 pack varnish.

MIXING A+B: 2 part Sol.A + 1 part Sol.B by volume - POT LIFE: 4 hours (20°C)

BRUSH/ROLLER: 10-15% Thinner 205 - SPRAY: 10-20% Thinner 203

DUST DRY: 15-20 minutes - RECOATING TIME: 8-10 hours (20°C)

T.COVERAGE: 12 m2/Lt for 50 dry microns per coat

High build fast drying varnish

Modified version of Poliglass, to achieve higher thickness of varnish with less coats. While maintaining the same characteristics of Poliglass easy to sand, fast-drying and clear with improved characteristics between thickness applied and thickness remaining after a long time periods. Overcoat able with any Skipper’s 1 & 2 pack varnish.
