Epoxy-Ceramic Potable Water tank Coating

Armourguard PW has been developed for coating potable water tanks. It is sufficiently flexible to cope with the expansion and contraction of steel tanks caused by extremes of temperature. Its resin and hardener components are formulated with materials that are approved for contact with potable water. Its unique formulation eliminates the requirement for separate primers and undercoats because ARMOURGUARD PW’s superb barrier properties prevent oxygen and moisture reaching the surface of the substrate.

Quick Dry Blast Primer for Shot Blasted Steel

Armourguard BP is a quick drying two part epoxy-ceramic holding primer intended for application in thin coats to freshly shot blasted steel. It has exceptional adhesion to steel and its rapid drying allows blasting to quickly recommence without contaminating primed areas.

Armourguard BP contains the same spherical ceramic particles as the other grades of Armourguard and produces a similar composite coating with exceptional abrasion resistance and adhesion properties. Additional benefits are very rapid dry with long pot life and improved corrosion resistance as compared to standard epoxy blast primers.
