105-K Glass Fibre Boat Repair Kit
This new kit compliments the current WEST SYSTEM product range and has been developed to assist customers who wish to carry out small basic repairs to glass fibre boats. The kit includes everything required to successfully complete a range of repairs. The instructions included with the kit provide detailed step by step explanations for 4 common repairs to glass fibre boats, these are: 1. Repairing minor cracks and scratches. 2. Repairing cored deck, hull and bulkhead delamination. 3. Repairing holes and punctures. 4. Refi tting and replacing hardware. 650 is a toughened, versatile, liquid epoxy for permanent waterproof bonding of fibreglass, ceramics, metals, plastics, damp and difficult-to-bond wood. With a modulus of elasticity in excess of 1GPa, it is more flexible than standard epoxies, but much stiffer than adhesive sealants. Ideal for bonding dissimilar materials G/flex may be modified using WEST SYSTEM fillers and additives, and used to wetout fibreglass tapes and fabrics. Mixed at a 1:1 ratio, G/flex has approximately 45 minutes of working time at 22°C,it will become solid in 3-4 hours and achive a workable cure in 7-10 hours.

West System G/flex 650K Epoxy repair kit
Liquid G/flex® Epoxy Adhesive in kit form. Two 4 oz. bottles of resin and hardener, complete instructions and application supplies. Waterproof, flexible repairs on plastics, fiberglass, wood, etc. The 650-K kit contains 4 oz. each of viscous liquid G/flex 650 resin and hardener. Mixing ratio is 1:1. It also includes two reusable mixing sticks/applicators, two 12-cc syringes, four grams adhesive filler (colloidal silica), four mixing cups, one pair disposable gloves, four alcohol cleaning pads and complete handling and repair instructions. Mixed G/flex 650 is of a heavy "syrup" consistency. It will run off a vertical surface. The adhesive filler that comes with the kit can be used to thicken it to your desired consistency. Complete mixing instructions are included.

West System G/flex 655-K Epoxy Adhesive Repair Kit
Thickened G/flex® Epoxy Adhesive, 4.5 oz. tubes of resin and hardener, plus instructions and application supplies. Tough bond on many different materials. Waterproof, flexible, permanent. The 655-K kit contains 4.5 oz. each of thickened G/flex 655 resin and hardener. Mixing ratio is 1:1. It also includes two reusable mixing sticks/applicators, one pair disposable gloves, four alcohol cleaning pads, 10 mixing palettes and complete handling and repair instructions. Mixed G/flex 655 is of a "mayonnaise" consistency. It's still very spreadable, but stays put where it is applied. It makes structural bonds that can absorb the stresses of expansion, contraction, shock and vibration.

West System 610 Epoxy adhesive
New West System Six10 thickened epoxy adhesive provides the strength and reliability of a two-part epoxy with the easy to use convenience of a single part formula, and is applied with a standard caulking gun. Six10 features a non-sagging formula for tenacious bonding of wood, metals, fiberglass, and concrete. Colorless resin and hardener. In this easy to dispense package. The pre-thickened components pass through a static mixer in which they are fully blended together before being dispensed in a smooth workable bead of epoxy. Working time is 45 minutes at 21°C and solid cure in 5-6 hours. This easy to use high quality epoxy adhesive takes bonding convenience to a new level and is an essential item for any workman’s or yachtsman’s toolkit.

An easy to use two part, fast setting resin/hardener system. This adhesive is ideal for quick repairs and general bonding around the boat and in the home, the workshop or garage. It is suited for spot applications to hold component parts in position whilst bonding is completed with WEST SYSTEM epoxy. G5 will adhere to most prepared surfaces including wood, fibreglass and most metal and cures in 4-5 minutes.
