Protecta-Kote is a tough, one-part polyurethane with self-contained recycled rubber granules, which give it an attractive tough-textured appearance. When exposed to atmospheric moisture, Protecta-Kote undergoes a chemical curing process which changes it from a liquid to a tough polyurethane membrane. Protecta-Kote will chemically bond to most clean and dry surfaces. These include, but are not limited to, concrete, wood, fibreglass, metal, rubber and sound-painted materials. It can be applied by roller, brush or spray. Protecta-Kote can give a relatively smooth or rough surface, depending on application technique.

1 litre spray tins are available in Black and Grey they are for connection to a spray pot - they are not aerosols.

SafetyGrip - Anti Slip Additive for Protectakote - 200grams
In extreme conditions such as steep slopes, areas subject to contaminants such as oil or constant wetness the textured profile of Protectakote can also be made abrasive with the addition of SafetyGrip. Safetygrip is made from ultra hard wearing crushed Dolomite and is designed not to change the appearance of the Protectakote. Usage Instructions - Simply add 200 grams per litre when applying the final coat. - Stir well - Each sachet will cover up to 3 square metre

Metcote is a quick drying single pack anti corrosion primer and heat resistant coating for metal. It can be used on mild steel, galvanised iron, aluminium and fibreglass. Ideal for use with Protectakote. One litre will cover approximately 8-10 sq metres.
